CUSTOMER CONTENT AND CUSTOMIZATION RULES<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When you upload photos, logos, text, or graphics for personalized products (such as Custom Photo Shirts or Company Logo Tees):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You guarantee that you own the rights to the uploaded material or have explicit permission to use it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You agree not to upload any content that is unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or infringes upon any third-party intellectual property\/copyrights.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We reserve the right to cancel any order containing text or imagery that violates these guidelines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5. ACCURACY OF COLOR AND DESIGN PREVIEWS<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We make every effort to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible. However, due to variations in monitor displays and printing processes, we cannot guarantee that your monitor&#8217;s display of any color will be 100% accurate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6. PRICING AND PAYMENT<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All prices are displayed in USD\/EUR on the website and exclude shipping costs and local import duties\/taxes unless specified.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payments are securely processed through our certified payment gateway provider, <strong>PayTR<\/strong>. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We ship internationally (including to the USA and European Union countries).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates. Custom Design Apparel is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures or local postal services in the destination country.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">8. RETURN AND REFUND POLICY (SPECIAL CONDITION FOR PERSONALIZED ITEMS)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Customized &amp; Personalized Products:<\/strong> All sales of customized, personalized, or custom-made products (including custom birthday photo shirts, anniversary tees, pet shirts, and business logo merchandise) are <strong>FINAL<\/strong>. Because these items are uniquely manufactured according to your specific instructions or uploaded photos, they cannot be resold. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for these items unless they arrive physically damaged or defective.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Standard Products:<\/strong> Non-customized products can be returned within <strong>14 days<\/strong> of delivery, provided they are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for all international return shipping costs and duties.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Damaged Items:<\/strong> If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us at <strong>support@customdesignapparel.com<\/strong> within 48 hours of delivery with photographic proof.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Custom Design Apparel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or the purchase of our products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">10.
